    Slow cooked bite size oxtail, this is one of the most traditional dishes in Seville, slow cooked in a rich Rioja rede wine sauce, cooked with, tomatoes, paprika de la vera, garlic, carrots and onions. Great served with chips, crusty bread or creamy mash.
