    Vegetable Paella, made with rice from Valencia, mixed peppers, artichoke hearts, onion, garlic, butter beans, green beans sieved tomatoes, vegetable stock, saffron and paprika. Garnished with roasted red peppers, olives and parsley. (please note that one Paella is plenty for two to share or tapas for four)
